We help prevent blindness
It is best practice clinically for people living with a long-term eye condition to be monitored by a consultant ophthalmologist at least once per year. With OcuPlan we guarantee that our patients are seen often enough and receive the advice needed to help protect their sight.
Age-related macular degeneration
Dry AMD is a common long-term eye disease for people over the age of 55. Regular monitoring and management can help slow the progression of the disease and provide advice to minimise the risk of sight loss. Dry AMD can develop into wet AMD, which can cause rapid sight loss if left untreated.
