Accessing your Statements
Every month OcuPlan will send you a statement that details how much your practice has been paid for the previous month with a breakdown on the patient visits that you have conducted.
You also have the ability to access all historic statements in your dashboard. Simply click on 'billing' in the left hand navigation, you'll see a graph that displays how much your practice has been paid in the last few months, underneath this you can click on the statements and print them.
On this page, you can also change the fees that you charge for an OcuPlan visit. In the top right hand corner, it shows what your practice fees are. You have the flexibility to increase or decrease this, but it will impact what you customer pays for OcuPlan.
